How to cancel
- Go to Account → Orders.
- Select the order, tap Cancel item and choose a reason.
- The option shows as long as the item hasn't shipped.
- If it has already shipped, refuse delivery or request a return after it arrives.
Cancelling one item from a multi-item order
You can cancel a single item without touching the rest of the order. If the order used a discount code, the discount may be recalculated if the basket drops below a minimum.
After it ships
Once the order is out for delivery, you can refuse it at the door, or accept it and request a return within 15 days for eligible items. The cash-on-delivery fee isn't refunded once the order has been delivered.
Where the money goes
Card payments are refunded to the card, passing through noon Credits first. Tabby and Tamara refunds take 14 to 21 days under noon's policy, and the instalment plan is cancelled automatically with the first payment refunded according to the provider's timeline. Payments made from noon Credits return to your Credits balance. Cash-on-delivery orders cancelled before delivery need no refund at all.
What happens to AUC64 cashback
If you cancel an order that used AUC64, no cashback is credited. You can use the code again on a new order under its normal terms, which is handy if you cancelled only because you forgot to apply it in the first place.
Orders you can't cancel
Some orders can't be cancelled once confirmed, such as digital cards and food orders after preparation has started. noon Food and noon Minutes orders are hard to cancel once the store begins preparing, so contact noon immediately through in-app chat. If you see a 'cannot cancel' message on a regular order, chat straight away; the team may still be able to stop the shipment.
Common reasons and smarter alternatives
Wrong size or colour, a better price elsewhere, or a slow delivery estimate are the usual reasons. For size or colour, cancelling and reordering before shipping is often faster than waiting for a return. If you cancel by mistake, you can reorder straight away from the product page, but the price may have changed.
Cancelling noon One

Cancel or return: which is better?
If the item hasn't shipped, cancelling is almost always cleaner: nothing to repack, no courier pickup and a faster refund. Once it's on its way, compare refusing at the door with accepting and returning. Refusing is quick for prepaid orders, but if you paid cash on delivery, simply cancelling in the app before dispatch avoids any awkwardness at the door.
Remember that electronics must stay sealed to be returnable, so if there's any doubt about a gadget, decide before you open it.
Cancelling an instalment order
Orders paid with 0% bank instalments (available above SAR 1,000 in Saudi Arabia and AED 500 in the UAE) are refunded to the card, and the bank then adjusts the plan. Check with your bank how the instalment will be reversed, as timelines depend on the issuer.
