A guide to Chalhoub Group's MUSE program: what points are worth, tiers, MUSE Days at 10% off, and redeeming at Level Shoes.

How you earn
- At Level Shoes you earn one point per dirham, or the equivalent, regardless of tier.
- The amount paid with a discount code or store credit doesn't earn points.
- Points aren't earned on VAT, so your points may not match the invoice total.
- Points expire 12 months after they're earned.

Moving up a tier
Your tier depends on tier points earned over 12 months: 10,000 for Silver and 30,000 for Gold. Silver and Gold members earn more points at some Chalhoub stores and get early access to sales during Dubai festivals, including up to 48 hours' early access at Level Shoes during DSF. At Level Shoes itself, though, every tier earns one point per dirham.
MUSE Days
MUSE Days give a 10% discount once a year for Bronze members and twice a year for Silver and Gold.
Joining
Registration is free through the MUSE app or when you buy at participating Chalhoub stores. Link your mobile number to your account so every Level Shoes purchase in Saudi Arabia or the UAE is credited automatically. Customers outside those two countries aren't eligible through Level Shoes.
Redeeming points
When paying at a participating store you can use your points balance as a discount, applied to part of the bill. Check your balance, expiry dates and any minimum redemption in the MUSE app first, and spend the points closest to expiry before the others.
Points or promo code: which wins?
Because the part of a purchase covered by a code earns no points, it's worth doing the maths. A AED 1,000 Level Shoes order earns about 1,000 points, worth roughly AED 10. A 10% code such as ACD99 on the same order saves AED 100. The code wins comfortably, even after losing the points on the discounted amount.
Put simply, MUSE points are worth about 1% of what you spend at Level Shoes. Treat them as a bonus, not a substitute for a discount code.

A practical example across a year
Imagine you buy two pairs at Level Shoes in the UAE over a year, spending AED 3,000 in total after any codes. You'd earn about 3,000 points, worth roughly AED 30. That's well short of the 10,000 tier points needed for Silver, so for most occasional shoppers Bronze is where you'll stay, and the MUSE Day discount once a year is the main extra perk.
Heavier shoppers across several Chalhoub stores reach Silver faster, and that's when the early access to Dubai festival sales becomes valuable, especially for popular sizes.
Why your points may not match your receipt
Three things reduce the points total: VAT is excluded, any part paid with a discount code is excluded, and anything paid with store credit is excluded. If the numbers look off, check those three first before contacting customer service.
Keeping track
Check your points balance and tier in the MUSE app or your Level Shoes account. Set a reminder a month before a batch of points is due to expire, and plan a purchase around it if you were going to buy anyway. Don't buy something you don't need just to use up points worth a few dirhams.
