Steps to cancel
- Go to My Account → Orders.
- Select the order and tap Cancel.
- If it has shipped, use the free return within 14 days after delivery.
Why the cancel button is missing
If the order has left the warehouse, you won't see a cancel option. Accept the delivery and request a free return, or call customer service on the toll-free number. For urgent cancellations before shipping, phoning is faster than email, because orders are prepared for dispatch quickly.

Cash-on-delivery orders
Cancelling an unshipped COD order costs nothing. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels at the door, however, can lead to cash on delivery being disabled on your account, so cancel in the app rather than refusing on the doorstep. The COD fee is SAR 34 in Saudi Arabia and AED 15 in the UAE.
Cancelling part of an order
With several items in one order, you can usually cancel one without the rest before shipping. Be aware this may affect your discount if the basket drops below a threshold in the code's terms. Otherwise, contact customer service.
Your ANP9 discount after cancelling
If you cancel an order that used ANP9, you can usually use the code again on a new order because the first one never completed, unless the terms say otherwise. A AED 250 basket with ANP9 gets you AED 50 off.
Size doubts? Exchange instead
If you're cancelling only because you're unsure about the size, consider letting the order arrive and using the free exchange. It's available once per item and keeps your original discount, whereas cancelling and reordering later might mean the sale price has ended.
Global orders
Global items can be cancelled before shipping. After delivery they can be returned, but size exchanges aren't available for Global products.

Still in the warehouse? Cancel, because it's the fastest way to get your money back and there's nothing to repack. Already shipped? Let it arrive and use the free 14-day return, with doorstep pickup in Saudi Arabia. Unsure only about the size? Keep the order and use the one free exchange, which protects your discount.
If you paid with Tabby or Tamara, cancelling stops the instalment automatically, so you don't need to contact the provider separately.
Before you place the next order
A lot of cancellations come from avoidable slips: wrong size, wrong colour, a forgotten code or the wrong address. Before paying, check the size chart in centimetres, confirm your saved address and mobile number, and make sure ANP9 shows in the order summary. Free delivery starts at SAR 200 in Saudi Arabia and AED 150 in the UAE, so adding one more item can be cheaper than paying the delivery fee.
