How to track your noon order in the app or on the site, what each status means, usual delivery times, and what to do if it's late.

What each status means
- Confirmed: the order is registered and being prepared.
- Shipped: it has left the warehouse.
- Out for delivery: it's with the courier and should arrive today.
- Delivered: the order has been received.
How long delivery usually takes
noon Express items can arrive the same day or next day in major cities, while Global store items take longer. The exact estimate shows on each product page and on the order page. If the item comes from an independent seller rather than noon Express, delivery may take longer, and the estimate reflects that.
Global orders
Products marked Global ship from outside the country and take longer. Import duties are paid upfront as a deposit, which is refunded if the actual charges turn out lower.
Tracking noon Minutes and noon Food
Quick-delivery orders are tracked live on a map in the app and arrive within minutes depending on your area. Minimums for free delivery differ in the UAE: from AED 30 on noon Food and AED 25 on noon Minutes.

If you chose a noon locker, you have 5 days to collect the parcel, after which the order is refunded.
'Delivery failed' or 'Delivered' but missing
A failed delivery usually means the courier couldn't reach you, so check the address and mobile number on your account. If the order goes back to the warehouse, it's refunded.
If the status says Delivered but nothing arrived, first check the delivery photo if there is one, ask neighbours or the building guard, then contact noon straight away through the order chat. Reporting quickly makes it easier to investigate with the courier.
Leave at door
For prepaid orders you can choose leave-at-door at no extra charge, and you'll receive a photo through the app or WhatsApp on delivery. It isn't available for cash-on-delivery orders, which carry a fee of SAR 18 in Saudi Arabia or AED 12 in the UAE.

Tracking from the website
On a computer, sign in on the noon site, open your account menu and go to Orders. The information matches the app: status, expected date and any seller details. Notifications are faster in the app, though, so it's worth enabling them if you're waiting for something important.
Delivery speed and noon One
In Saudi Arabia, noon One members (SAR 29.99 a month or SAR 143.88 a year) get free next-day delivery from SAR 50, and same-day delivery on eligible items from SAR 100. In the UAE, membership costs AED 24.99 a month or AED 143.88 a year, with free delivery from AED 50. Non-members pay delivery fees that depend on city and speed.
Split deliveries
If your order contains items from different warehouses or sellers, they may arrive separately with different dates. Each item has its own status on the order page, so one item showing Delivered while another shows Shipped is normal.
Changing the address
Once an order has shipped, changing the address is rarely possible. If you realise the address is wrong before shipping, contact noon via chat immediately. Double-check your saved address and mobile number before each order, especially after moving.
