Count how many noon orders you place per month and what you pay in delivery for them, then compare with the subscription. If you order more than twice a month and currently pay delivery fees, the membership usually pays for itself from free delivery alone.

Monthly or annual?
The annual plan works out at roughly AED 11.99 a month versus AED 24.99 on the monthly plan, so it is less than half the price if you're sure you'll keep ordering. The monthly plan suits people who want to test it for a busy season, such as Yellow Friday and the Dubai Shopping Festival, and cancel afterwards.
Either way, set a reminder a couple of days before renewal. The 24-hour cancellation rule is strict, and paid fees don't come back.
Families and heavy users
Households that order groceries, food and household items several times a week tend to get the most value: thresholds of AED 25 on Minutes and AED 30 on Food are easy to clear, and priority support helps when something goes wrong. Occasional shoppers who place one big order a month may do better paying delivery or aiming for items with the free-delivery badge.
