The UAE return policy at a glance
noon updated its UAE return policy in July 2025. Eligible items can go back within 15 days of delivery. The UAE policy also adds specific conditions for furniture sold by certain partners, such as Pan Home, Danube Home and Home Box, so check the product page before ordering large pieces.
Delivery fees and the AED 12 cash-on-delivery fee aren't refunded once the order has been delivered.
How to return an item on noon UAE
- Go to Account → Orders.
- Select the item, tap Return and pick a reason.
- Choose the collection address and time slot.
- Hand over the item in its original condition with tags attached.
- Track the refund from your account; you'll get notifications at pick-up, inspection and refund.

Returns and your AUC64 cashback
If you used AUC64, returning the item may reverse the cashback linked to it. The refund covers what you actually paid. If the item was part of a 'buy 2' deal, returning one piece can cancel the bundle discount.
Why returns get rejected
The most common reasons are an opened electronics seal, a non-returnable category such as groceries or opened personal-care items, or missing the 15-day window. If you're refused, ask for the reason in the chat and send photos of the item and packaging. Report damage at delivery straight away, with pictures.
Groceries, Minutes and fresh food
For noon Minutes and grocery orders, complaints about fresh and frozen items must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. These can't go through the standard return flow.

Before you send anything back
Take photos of the item and packaging before the courier arrives, keep all accessories and manuals together, and leave labels intact. For electronics, the protective seal is the deciding factor: once it's broken, change-of-mind returns are generally off the table, so check the box and specs carefully before opening.
If the product is faulty rather than unwanted, say so in the return reason. That tells the inspection team what to look for and avoids a rejection for 'used' condition.
Partner furniture and bulky items
Large furniture from partners such as Pan Home, Danube Home and Home Box follows extra conditions in the UAE policy. Read the return section on the product page before ordering, because collection and eligibility for bulky pieces aren't identical to a pair of headphones.
Tracking your refund
Every return has its own status in your account, from collection to inspection to refund, and noon sends notifications at each step. If a card refund hasn't reached you after the stated window, contact support with the return number and the date the courier collected the item.
