Step by step in the noon app
- Open the noon app and sign in.
- Add your items to the cart.
- On the cart page, find the coupon or promo code box.
- Paste the code, for example AUC64, and tap Apply.
- Check that the discount or expected cashback appears in the order summary, then continue to payment.
On a computer
The steps are the same on the website: go to the cart, find the coupon box, apply the code and check the summary before paying.
What a working cashback code looks like
Many first-time users think the code failed because the total didn't change. With AUC64, that's expected. After you apply it, the summary shows a line with the cashback amount in SAR or AED. The total stays the same, and the amount is added to your noon Credits after delivery.
Instant-discount codes behave differently and reduce the total straight away. Always read which type you have.

Error messages and what they mean
- 'Invalid code': a typo, or the code has expired.
- 'Not applicable to items in your cart': the products are excluded.
- 'Code already used': it was used before with the same phone number.
- 'Cannot be combined with this offer': a bank offer or noon Credits is already applied.
Quick fixes if it won't apply
Type the code in capitals exactly as AUC64 with no spaces, make sure you're on the right country site, and remove any bank offer that's been applied to the cart. Check the country in your account settings, because Saudi and UAE codes are separate even though the app is the same.
One code per order
noon accepts only one code per order, and it can't be combined with bank card offers or noon Credits. It can, however, be combined with 0% bank instalments.
noon Minutes and noon Food
The quick-commerce services usually have their own codes, entered in the cart inside that service. A regular noon code may not work there. See noon Minutes and noon Food for their current offers.
Forgot the code?
You can't add or change a code after the order is confirmed. If you forget, cancel the order before it ships and place it again with the code. Our noon cancellation guide walks through it, and the first-order page explains how to get the most from the new-customer rate.
When the cashback actually arrives
After checkout, your order summary shows the expected cashback. Once the order is delivered it appears as pending in noon Credits, and it becomes spendable after the return window passes. You can then use it on any later noon order. Each credit has an expiry date on the Credits page, and cashback can't be withdrawn to a bank account. If you return the item, the linked cashback may be reversed.
First order versus later orders
The first order earns the higher rate: 10% up to SAR 150 in Saudi Arabia, or up to AED 50 in the UAE. After that, the same code keeps working at 5%, capped at SAR 20 or AED 10. So if your account is new, it pays to make that first order the biggest one you were planning anyway, up to SAR 1,500 or AED 500.
Checklist before you tap Pay
Right country selected, code applied and visible in the summary, no bank offer in the cart, and a payment method chosen. Paying by card avoids the cash-on-delivery fee, which is SAR 18 in Saudi Arabia and AED 12 in the UAE and can wipe out the cashback on a small order.
