Reading a brand's chart on Namshi
On the product page, tap the size guide to see that brand's own chart and compare it with your foot length in centimetres. If the brand notes that the shoe runs small, pick the next size up. Namshi mostly lists EU sizes, with US and UK shown for some brands, and trainers are sometimes displayed in US sizing; our shoe size converter helps compare.
Choosing between two sizes
If your foot falls between two sizes, go larger for running and long-distance walking, and smaller for leather shoes that stretch over time. Look for 'fits small' or 'fits large' in the reviews. For running shoes, leave roughly a thumb's width between your longest toe and the front of the shoe.
Width matters as much as length
If you have wide feet, look for models labelled Wide or go half a size up, and read reviews about tightness across the toe box.
Heels, sandals and formal shoes
For high heels, pick your exact size, because the foot slides forward. For open shoes like sandals, you can go slightly smaller. Sandals and slides often come in double sizes such as 40/41. Formal shoes should fit exactly. If one foot is longer, size for the longer one.

Exchanging a size, step by step
Open the order, choose Exchange and pick the new size. In the UAE, the new size is handed over when the courier collects the old pair. In Saudi Arabia, the old pair is collected first and the new one ships a few days later. The exchange is available once per item.

Measuring before you order
Stand on a sheet of paper against a wall in the evening, mark your longest toe and measure in centimetres. Do both feet. That measurement, compared with the brand's own chart, is more reliable than the size of an old pair from another label.
If you wear orthotic insoles or thick sports socks, measure with them in mind, or go half a size up in trainers.
Where people go wrong with trainers
Popular sneaker lines can fit differently from one model to the next within the same brand. A size that works in one running shoe may be tight in a lifestyle model. Always check the specific product's reviews rather than assuming your usual brand size will carry across.
If the fit is off, remember the exchange must be requested within the 14-day return window and the shoes should be unworn outdoors, in their original box.
