The star rule decides everything
ACD99 gives 10% off only on items showing the black star badge. On sale day, check each item for the star: a reduced item with the star gets the markdown and the extra 10% together, while an item without it gets the markdown only. Some luxury brands are excluded from codes altogether.

Use the 10-day price adjustment
Bought at full price a few days before a sale? If the item is reduced for the first time within 10 days of your purchase, request an adjustment. It can be used once, so it's worth tracking wishlist items as seasons approach.
Limits and rules to know
- Maximum two units per product, and one per style for limited editions.
- Only one code per order, and codes can't buy gift cards.
- Returns stay free within 30 days during sales.

Singles Day and Eid Al Etihad
Level Shoes runs a Singles Day campaign around 11 November and a dedicated Eid Al Etihad campaign, but hasn't officially published past dates for either. Expect limited offers on selected items and check for the star badge before assuming ACD99 applies.
Returns and limits during sales
Sale purchases keep the free 30-day return window, but there are no direct exchanges: to change size, return and reorder, which may mean the reduced size has gone. Remember that Pre-Loved items, fragrances, skincare and limited editions can't be returned, sale or not.
Paying during sales
Level Shoes UAE accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby, Tamara and cash on delivery. If you might return something, avoid cash: those refunds come back as an online-only e-gift card.
Delivery during sale periods
Free delivery still starts at AED 350 during sales, with AED 25 below that. Dubai's 90-minute delivery and Dubai Mall collection stay available, subject to slots, which can be tight on launch days.
