No exchanges: return and reorder
Level Shoes doesn't do direct swaps. If a size is wrong, return the pair and place a new order. That's why ordering a few days before an event matters: it leaves time for a second attempt.
Cash on delivery and refunds
Cash-on-delivery orders in the UAE are refunded as an e-gift card that can only be used online. If there's any chance you'll return something, pay electronically so the money goes back to your card. Shipping fees aren't refundable either, another reason to reach the AED 350 free-delivery line.

The 90-minute service covers Dubai for orders placed between 10am and 10pm, and depends on available slots. Outside Dubai, ordering before 2pm gets same-day delivery; after 2pm, it arrives the next day. If you need shoes for an evening event outside Dubai, order in the morning.
How ACD99 fits with delivery
ACD99 takes 10% off star-badge items, so an AED 400 basket of star items becomes AED 360 after the code. Check whether the free-delivery threshold is measured before or after the discount on the checkout page; if you drop just under AED 350, the AED 25 fee may apply. The code works across the UAE, KSA, Oman and Bahrain.
