Prices and fees
Prices on the Saudi site include VAT. Delivery is free on orders from SAR 500; below that it costs SAR 50. According to the Arabic FAQ, shipping fees aren't refunded if you return an order, so reaching SAR 500 also protects you from losing the fee if a return turns out to be necessary.
How to return

- Return the item unworn, in its original box with all accessories and tags.

No direct exchanges
Level Shoes doesn't do direct exchanges. If you need a different size, return the pair and place a new order. Gift recipients can't exchange directly either, and some items let you add a gift message.
Why cash on delivery is a poor fit for returns
Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded as an e-gift card that can only be used online. If there's any chance you'll return something, pay electronically, such as mada, a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, so the money goes back to your card.
Avoiding a rejected return
Returns are refused if the shoes have been worn outside or the original box is missing. Try shoes on a rug indoors, keep the box and every accessory, and only remove tags once you're sure.

If you need shoes for a specific date, check where the item ships from on the product page. Riyadh stock arrives quickest, with 2-hour delivery on selected items when you order before 10pm. Items sent from Dubai can take up to four working days, so leave margin before weddings or events. And since exchanges aren't possible, ordering early gives you time to return and reorder a different size if needed.
Paying and loyalty points
