Many people search for one, but the cart itself tells you when shipping becomes free. In our test on 15 October 2026, a SAR 339 cart showed "add SAR 60 to get free shipping", so the line was SAR 399, and a bigger cart showed "you've earned free shipping".
So it's more useful to put a discount on the products, such as SG114 for 5% off everything, and keep the cart above the line. The threshold can change in sale seasons, so go by what the cart shows.
| Cart under the line | Cart over the line | |
|---|---|---|
| Products | SAR 339 | SAR 420 |
| SG114 (5%) | SAR 16.95 | SAR 21 |
| Shipping | Shown at checkout | Free |
Alsaif Gallery doesn't publish a fixed time. Once you order, you get the shipping details, fee and timing, and a delivery agent calls to arrange the slot. Make sure your phone number is correct and active, because orders are confirmed by SMS.
Large items such as fridges, washing machines and ACs aren't delivered to Hafr Al-Batin, Khafji, Nairyah, Qurayyat or Turaif, or to remote areas more than 50 km from a city centre. If you're in one of those areas, check with customer service before ordering a big appliance.
Alsaif Gallery's policy says an order the customer doesn't receive, whether by courier or by agent, is treated as cancelled and the customer pays the delivery fee. If an order arrives incomplete, the price of the missing item is refunded to your account. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, you're compensated after the case is checked.
Available in Saudi Arabia only, for SAR 28, which isn't refunded on returns and applies even when shipping is free. Paying with mada or Apple Pay saves you the fee.
Calculate the total with the discount and any cash-on-delivery fee in the promo code savings calculator, and see the full terms on our Alsaif Gallery promo code page.
