Plenty of people search for one, but delivery at Mumzworld the UAE becomes free automatically at AED 49, a low threshold compared with many stores. So it's more useful to put a discount on the products themselves, such as Y88 for 10% off eligible items (capped at AED 42), and let the free-delivery line handle shipping.
The threshold is checked against the order value, so if your basket is just under it after the discount, add a small item you'd buy anyway, such as wipes or a small toy, instead of paying the fee.
Orders arrive the same day in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, and the next day in Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Mumzworld's own fleet handles local deliveries; you get an SMS when the order ships and can track it under My Orders.
Some large or heavy items may carry extra charges, and Mumzworld contacts you before dispatch if that applies. 2-hour delivery items carry an AED 12 fee, so check the delivery line at checkout before confirming.
Cash on delivery costs AED 10. It is available only in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi (not Al Ain), on orders under AED 10,000. The fee applies even when delivery is free, so paying by card or Apple Pay saves you the fee and keeps the option of a refund to your card.
| Basket under the line | Basket over the line | |
|---|---|---|
| Products | AED 40 | AED 80 |
| Y88 (10%) | AED 4 | AED 8 |
| Delivery | AED 15 | Free |
| Country | Free from | Fee below that | Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kuwait | KWD 40 | KWD 5 | 5–7 days by air |
| Qatar | QAR 499 | QAR 50 | 5–7 days |
| Oman | OMR 50 | OMR 7 | 5–7 days by air |
| Bahrain | BHD 30 | BHD 3 | 5–7 days by air |
Group your monthly shopping into one order rather than several small ones, pay electronically to avoid the cash-on-delivery fee, and check the delivery estimate if you need something by a certain day. To compare stores, work out the total with delivery in the promo code savings calculator.
On orders from AED 49.
There's no need: delivery is free automatically above the threshold.
AED 15.
No, the cash-on-delivery fee is added either way.
The code Y88 works in the Mumzworld app too: enter it in the promo code field at checkout. The app also sends alerts for flash sales.
