Alsaif Gallery return policy in the UAE

Alsaif Gallery's returns policy covers Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE and Oman. The windows are short compared with many stores: 3 days to get your money back, and 7 days to exchange for another item. So check your order as soon as it arrives.

If the item is in good condition, return it at any Alsaif Gallery branch in Saudi Arabia, the UAE or Kuwait: pack it in its original shipping box and bring it with the invoice, and an authorised member of staff will take it after checking it.

Returns and exchanges in brief

• Refunds within 3 days, exchanges within 7 days.
• The usual route is any Alsaif Gallery branch in Saudi Arabia, the UAE or Kuwait, with the invoice and the item in its original packaging.
• Discounted items can't be refunded; they can only be exchanged within 7 working days at the nearest branch.
• Discounted items paid for with Tabby or Tamara can be neither refunded nor exchanged.
• Damaged on arrival: message customer service on WhatsApp 920009017 within 7 days, and a courier collects it.
• Used items aren't accepted; if one is sent back used, it's returned to you and the shipping cost is deducted.

When the money comes back

If the item arrives damaged

• Message the online store's customer service on WhatsApp 920009017 within 7 days of delivery.
• Attach a photo or video showing the damage or fault.
• Customer service sends a return waybill, and a courier collects the item; damaged items can't be dropped at a branch.
• Once it reaches the warehouse and is checked, a replacement is shipped or you're refunded.

Discounted items

A discounted item can't be refunded; it can only be exchanged within 7 working days of purchase at the nearest branch. If you paid for it with Tabby or Tamara, it can be neither exchanged nor refunded. SG114 works on discounted items, so keep this rule in mind before you buy.

"Product + gift" offers

Both pieces must be returned together; one piece alone isn't accepted. If either piece is opened or used, the right to return the whole order is lost. If one piece is out of stock, the whole offer is cancelled and refunded.

Large appliances

To return a large appliance such as a fridge, washing machine or AC because you changed your mind, the original carton must stay sealed. Used items aren't accepted; if one is handed to the courier used, it's returned to you and the shipping cost is deducted.

Installment orders

Tabby and Tamara orders can be exchanged or returned within 7 days in Alsaif Gallery stores, where the customer receives a store voucher to exchange for something of the same value or higher; items bought with that voucher can only be exchanged within 3 days.
