Mumzworld arranges a free home pickup, and the courier comes within 1 to 3 business days depending on the area, so you don't need to go anywhere. Once the item is collected, Mumzworld inspects it to make sure it meets the returns policy, and refund processing starts within 12 to 24 hours. ## How to return an item - Open My Account, then My Orders, and pick the order. - Tap Return Products and choose the item, quantity and reason. - Attach a photo that shows the reason, and add your phone number. - Choose the pickup date and how you want to be refunded. - Tap Confirm your Return and have the item ready in its original packaging. ## When the money arrives | Refund method | Time after processing starts | | Mumzworld Wallet | 24–48 hours | | Credit card | 5–7 business days | | Tabby or Tamara | 7–14 business days, to the same method only | | Cash on delivery | Mumzworld Wallet only | ## Items you can't return These can't be returned, replaced or exchanged, so keep them in mind before buying: - Items classed as hazardous or containing flammable liquids or gases, such as batteries. - Hygiene-related items: swimwear, hosiery, underwear, socks, footwear, potty-training items, maternity belts, and health and personal-care products. - Certain baby products, such as teethers, diapers, baby wipes, hygiene tissues and feeding products. - Personalised items made to your request. - Products that have been fully assembled or ordered with installation, such as ride-on toys, playpens and play sets. - Items that have been used or damaged, aren't in the condition you received them, or have tampered serial numbers. - Santa delivery orders, and orders shipped outside the UAE and Saudi Arabia unless the item is faulty. ## Returns after using a promo code If you bought the item with a code such as Y88 or during a sale, the refund is what you actually paid, after the discount. Using a code doesn't affect your right to return within the same window and conditions. ## Wallet or card? You can choose a refund to the original payment method or to your Mumzworld Wallet. The Wallet is faster (24 to 48 hours) and handy if you'll shop again soon; the card is better if you want the money in your account. Mumzworld also says you can cancel store credit and ask for a refund to your account within 30 days of it being created, except on cash-on-delivery orders. ## Damaged or faulty items If an item arrives damaged, start the return from My Orders and attach a clear photo of the damage. For a manufacturing defect, contact customer service with your order details. Damage from misuse or wear isn't accepted, even within the warranty period. ## Cancelling instead of returning Mumzworld says domestic orders can't be cancelled once they're committed, so if you change your mind after ordering, the route is a return within 14 days of delivery. For help, contact Mumzworld the UAE customer service. ## FAQs **How long is the Mumzworld return window?** 14 days from delivery. **Are returns free?** Yes, with free home pickup. **Can I return diapers or formula?** No, diapers and feeding products are non-returnable. **Where does a cash-on-delivery refund go?** To your Mumzworld Wallet. **Can I cancel after confirming?** Domestic orders can't be cancelled once committed; you can return after delivery. ## Mumzworld app The code Y88 works in the Mumzworld app too: enter it in the promo code field at checkout.
