VAT (40 before VAT) | New & existing customers | No end date announced | ## What is the best Mumzworld promo code today? Y88 gives you an instant 10% off eligible items at Mumzworld the UAE, whether it's your first order or you've shopped there for years. The discount comes off the total at checkout, so you see the final price before you pay rather than waiting for cashback after delivery. The code is capped at AED 40 before VAT, which is AED 42 including VAT. You get the full 10% up to a basket of about AED 420; above that the saving stays at AED 42. It works on items that are already discounted, but not on diapers. On 15 October 2026 we tried the code ourselves in a cart on Mumzworld's UAE site, without placing an order. A small basket came down by exactly 10%, while a discounted AED 596 stroller came down by only AED 42, which shows the code is capped at AED 40 before VAT (AED 42 including VAT). On the Saudi site, the code was rejected on diapers. ## How much Y88 actually saves | Basket (incl. VAT) | Y88 saving | You pay | Delivery | | AED 100 | AED 10 | AED 90 | Free | | AED 300 | AED 30 | AED 270 | Free | | AED 420 | AED 42 | AED 378 | Free | | AED 1,000 | AED 42 | AED 958 | Free | | AED 2,000 | AED 42 | AED 1,958 | Free | ## How to read the table The saving is 10% of the basket until it reaches the cap (AED 42), then it stays flat. Mumzworld prices include VAT, and the discount is worked out on the price before VAT, so the order summary shows the discount before VAT and the final total after it. Delivery is free from AED 49; below that it costs AED 15. Run your exact basket, including any cash-on-delivery fee, through the promo code savings calculator. ## Mumzworld promo code for your first order in the UAE On a first order, Y88 works in full: 10% off eligible items (capped at AED 42). Mumzworld sometimes shows official new-account offers in the app too, so tap View Coupons at checkout, compare any of them with Y88 on your own basket, and pick the higher one, because the field accepts one coupon. Steps and tips are on our Mumzworld first order code page. ## Mumzworld promo code for existing customers Many published codes are first-order only, so they won't work on an account that has ordered before. Y88 is different: its terms cover existing customers at the same rate, 10% off eligible items (capped at AED 42). That makes it the practical choice for a monthly order of diapers, formula and everyday essentials. ## Is there a Mumzworld free shipping code? You don't need one. Delivery at Mumzworld the UAE is free automatically from AED 49, and 2-hour delivery items carry an AED 12 fee. Y88 covers the discount, and the low free-delivery line takes care of the rest on most orders. Fees and delivery times in detail are on our Mumzworld the UAE free delivery page. ## Influencer codes for Mumzworld Many shoppers search for Mumzworld codes under content creators' names. Those codes may be valid or may have expired, and their terms vary. Compare three things: the rate, the cap, and whether it works for existing customers. Y88's cap is AED 42, so a code with a higher rate and a higher cap will save more on big baskets, and a first-order-only code won't help if you already have an account. ## How to use Mumzworld code Y88 - Open the Mumzworld app or website and log in. - Add your items to the cart. - Go to checkout and enter your delivery address. - Type Y88 in the Coupon Code field and tap Apply. - Check the total dropped by 10%, then choose how to pay and place the order. ## Why Mumzworld might reject the code - The cart only has diapers: the code doesn't cover them, and in our test the site said "This code does not apply on the items in cart". - A typo or an extra space; type Y88 in capitals. - Another coupon is already applied, and the field takes one. - The cart changed after you applied the code; enter it again after adding or removing items. - The code's terms changed or it expired; we update this page as soon as we know. ## What you can combine with the code You can apply Y88 and then pay in installments with Tabby or Tamara, because that's a way of paying rather than a second discount, so the installments are worked out on the discounted total. A second coupon isn't possible, since the field takes one. Mumzworld doesn't publish a clear rule on combining a coupon with bank card offers, so check the total at checkout before you confirm. ## What to buy at Mumzworld with the code Mumzworld covers what a mother and child need from pregnancy to the pre-teen years: strollers and car seats, cots and nursery furniture, feeding and nursing, diapers and baby care, toys and books, and kids' clothing, plus home appliances and products for mums. In our test the code worked on toys and strollers, including discounted ones, and was rejected on diapers. Because its cap is AED 42, it does best on mid-sized baskets up to about AED 420; on pricier buys such as appliances and furniture, compare its fixed saving with any bank card offer. ## Delivery at Mumzworld The UAE Delivery is free from AED 49; below that it costs AED 15, and 2-hour delivery items carry an AED 12 fee. Orders arrive the same day in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, and the next day in Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Mumzworld's own fleet handles local deliveries, and it may ask to see your ID at delivery on some orders. If you're out, it tries twice more depending on your location and order type. ## Cash on delivery at Mumzworld The UAE Cash on delivery costs AED 10. It is available only in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi (not Al Ain), on orders under AED 10,000. If you return a cash order, the refund goes to your Mumzworld Wallet, not back as cash, so paying electronically is better if there's any chance of a return. ## Payment methods and installments Mumzworld the UAE accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara installments, and cash on delivery. Four interest-free installments start from AED 200 with Tabby and AED 500 with Tamara. Example: a AED 400 basket with Y88 becomes AED 360, or four payments of 90 instead of 100. Work out yours with the Tabby and Tamara calculator. ## Returns and refunds You have 14 days from delivery to return eligible items, unused, in original condition and in the original packaging. Mumzworld arranges a free home pickup within 1 to 3 business days depending on the area, and refund processing starts within 12 to 24 hours of collection. Refunds reach your Mumzworld Wallet within 24 to 48 hours and a credit card within 5 to 7 business days. Tabby and Tamara orders are refunded to the same method in 7 to 14 business days, and cash-on-delivery orders to the Wallet. On discounted items, the refund is the amount you actually paid, after the code. Full guide: [Mumzworld returns in UAE](https://kobonak.com/en/ae/mumzworld/returns/) ## Items Mumzworld won't take back Before you buy, note that Mumzworld doesn't accept returns or exchanges on these: - Items classed as hazardous or containing flammable liquids or gases, such as batteries. - Hygiene-related items: swimwear, hosiery, underwear, socks, footwear, potty-training items, maternity belts, and health and personal-care products. - Certain baby products, such as teethers, diapers, baby wipes, hygiene tissues and feeding products. - Personalised items made to your request. - Products that have been fully assembled or ordered with installation, such as ride-on toys, playpens and play sets. - Items that have been used or damaged, aren't in the condition you received them, or have tampered serial numbers. - Santa delivery orders, and orders shipped outside the UAE and Saudi Arabia unless the item is faulty. ## Mumzworld Wallet and gift cards The Mumzworld Wallet is a balance tied to your account. Refunds and redeemed gift cards land there, and you spend it on later orders. Gift cards can't be refunded or exchanged for cash once bought, and arrive by email within 24 hours. Gift wrapping is offered on selected items for a non-refundable fee. ## Mumzworld customer service in the UAE Phone +971 4 495 4000 daily, 10am to 10pm; WhatsApp +971 55 126 0033 and live chat 24/7; and support@mumzworld.com, which promises a reply within 6 business hours. Mumzworld itself recommends live chat for order updates, returns and refunds. Every contact option is on our Mumzworld the UAE customer service page. ## Mumzworld-specific ways to save - Plan around the cap: the full 10% applies up to about AED 420; more than that doesn't raise the saving. - Order diapers separately or alongside other items, since the code skips diapers but still works on the rest of the cart. - Keep the order above AED 49 for free delivery on top of the discount. - The code works on discounted items, so you can stack it with a Mumzworld sale price. - Pay electronically to avoid the cash-on-delivery fee and keep the option of a refund to your card. - Before paying, tap View Coupons and compare any official offer with Y88; keep the higher one. ## Mumzworld order statuses and what they mean Track your order under My Orders in your account; you get an SMS at each change: - Processing: the order is confirmed and being prepared. - Shipped: it has left the Mumzworld warehouse, and you get an email and SMS. - Delivered: it has arrived at the address you gave. - Canceled: the order was cancelled, by you or by Mumzworld. - Closed: the order was returned and the refund is ready to process. ## Mumzworld shipping to the other Gulf countries | Country | Free from | Fee below that | Time | | Kuwait | KWD 40 | KWD 5 | 5–7 days by air | | Qatar | QAR 499 | QAR 50 | 5–7 days | | Oman | OMR 50 | OMR 7 | 5–7 days by air | | Bahrain | BHD 30 | BHD 3 | 5–7 days by air | ## When an order comes in more than one parcel Your order may ship in several deliveries, so items can arrive separately within the expected window. Check My Orders to see what hasn't arrived yet; if the order shows as complete and something is missing, contact customer service with the details. ## Beware of prize messages Mumzworld says it never asks for money to claim a prize, and that genuine offers are announced only through its official social accounts, website and newsletter. If a call or message about a Mumzworld prize asks you to pay a fee, don't share any details and end it. ## Mumzworld the UAE policies: delivery, returns and payment | Does Mumzworld offer free delivery? | Orders from AED 49; below that AED 15, and 2-hour delivery items AED 12 | | Delivery time | Same day in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi; next day in Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah | | Can I return items to Mumzworld? | Free within 14 days of delivery with home pickup, for items that aren't excluded and are in original condition | | Does Mumzworld offer cash on delivery? | AED 10, in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi only (not Al Ain), for orders under AED 10,000 | | What payment methods does Mumzworld accept? | Cards, Apple Pay, Tabby (from AED 200), Tamara (from AED 500), cash on delivery | | How do I contact Mumzworld customer service? | Phone +971 4 495 4000 daily 10am–10pm; WhatsApp +971 55 126 0033 and live chat 24/7; support@mumzworld.com | ## How we keep this page updated We track the Mumzworld the UAE code through the affiliate network that issues it, update the value and terms as soon as they change, and remove expired codes.
