What Max doesn't take back
- Items damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even under warranty.
- Items that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless defective.
- Lingerie or jewellery with opened packaging (defective items are accepted).
- Swimwear, toiletries and perfumes.
- Bedding, bath products, kids' products, pillows, towels and bathrobes removed from their packaging.
- Size or colour swaps: there's no exchange service, so you return the item and buy the one you want.
Three ways to return
- In store: bring the item in its original shipping packaging with the invoice to any Max store in the UAE.
- Online: in Order History, choose the items and request a return; the courier contacts you to schedule a pick-up.
- By phone: call 800-MAXUAE (800-629823) to book a pick-up time and place.
When do you get your money back?
| Paid by | What happens |
|---|---|
| Card or PayPal or Tabby | Back to the same method within 4–15 days after the return is checked (online or pick-up returns) |
| Cash on delivery | My Credit in your account, or a bank transfer on phone-booked pick-ups; guests get a Return Voucher |

Offers and vouchers
If you bought under a Buy 1 Get 1, bundle or basket-level discount, returning part of the order can change the refund amount. Check the offer's rules in the help centre before a partial return.
